Shipping policy

All orders are handmade and may take up to 7-10 business days to complete.

SHIPPING is done directly through the address you provided during checkout. Please make sure your address is correct before placing your order. Notes to Doggone Tags regarding address changes do not always get through so it's important to take care of it beforehand. Thanks! :)

ORDERS INSIDE THE US:
All orders within the US will have a tracking number. Please check this before contacting regarding a missing package. While we do not cover the loss of a tag once it is shown delivered to the post office, we will do our best to help recover it.

ORDERS OUTSIDE of the US:
All packages outside the US will automatically ship with tracking. A reminder about items purchased going outside the United States - Your package will be marked with the exact amount of the purchase and some countries charge a tariff. Doggone Tags has no control over this amount, so please keep this in mind when ordering.

Doggone Tags does not guarantee shipping of any kind, but, when possible, will help the customer recover lost packages. NOTE: SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF THE US is taking upwards of 3 weeks (more typical is 2 weeks) due to some extra security border/customs. Damage or loss of the tag is not covered unless your package was shipped Priority. Please contact us prior to shipping if you would like additional security included.

CARE & USE:
When your order has been shipped, we will send along a “care & use” card. It contains some helpful tips on how to care for and use your pet tag. This information may also be found on our FAQ page.
